Lev Kazakov - our fixer in Perm

Lev Kazakov - Lev has been associated with our work even before slatecharity was set up. He first befriended Naomi way back in 2002 when she and Michael were locked out of their apartment at Number 2 Revolution Street. It was through Lev that we got our first acquainted with School 139. He organises accommodation - passport registration - lifts to and from the trains and all over the city . He organised a wonderful party for Dominic for his 25th birthday and is one of our very best supporters and helpers in Russia. The following members, associates and helpers have benefitted from Lev’s outstanding hospitality ...Michael Kerins Naomi Kerins Frances Logan Dominic Kerins Ian Fergusson Aileen Kelly- the following associates or visitors have benefitted also Dominik Becher Melanie Littlewood Rona Barbour. Another of lev’s great ideas was the provision of local mobile phones for us to use while we are in Russia. He provides both the handset and the necessary sim cards for as many people as require them.
